Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription period, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge. Contact us with your account email and we will process the refund to your original payment method.

2. Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from Settings to prevent the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. One-Time Purchases & Credits

Lead credits and one-time purchases are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase at our discretion.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service, exhibited abusive usage patterns, or previously received a refund.

5. How to Request

Submit your request via our Contact page from the email address on your account. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we will work with you to resolve any issue. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
